Bleach:

This is one of the characters from Bleach, he's actually one of my favorite characters, Ichimaru Gin.

And this is another one. Her name is Rukia Kuchiki.

More Ichimaru, this time fighting.

This is Byakuya Kuchiki, yes she's Rukia's onii-san. He'd be a beautiful man if he weren't so uptight.

This is the main character, Ichigo Kurosaki.

Chrno Crusade:

The little girl in the pink is Azmaria Hendrick, she's one of the supporting characters. Chrno Crusade is one of those anime where the english dub is as good as the original japanese version.

CardCaptor Sakura

This was one of my first anime and I have to tell you, if you do want to watch it, then get the original japanese version because CardCaptors (the english version) sucks.

Slayers

Okay so I love this anime. I'm definetly going to write about this one sometime soon. Way too funny. That's Lina Inverse the main character. This anime is actually based on 15 novels by Hajime Kanzaki. The first 6 are already published by TokyoPop and I dont know about the rest. I think it's the shizzat.

King of Bandits Jing

Also a good anime. Not very well known but very cool. It's kind of wierd and I havent seen all the episodes yet but I'm looking for them.

FruitsBasket

I liked it for a while but I have ADD and the story is just too depressing for me. It's really cute though I just dont like those kinds of feel good things. I like blood and guts and gore, personally.

Black Cat

Awesome. I love it. It's sooooo sooooo sooo good. If you like Bleach, I think you'll like this. I haven't read the manga yet but the anime is so good. I'll try to remember where I got it so that I can get that link out to you.

D N Angel

This anime is pretty good, I like the premise of it I just wasn't a huge fan of the english dub. Actually, I was really happy when I saw that Vic Mignogna voiced the part of Dark, he's one of my favorite voice actors.

I dont have any icons on it but while I'm mentioning Vic Mignogna I might say that he and Travis Willingham are really great in Full Metal ALchemist.

This is a really cool show. I woudn't reccomend it for kids because it's got some mature things, but they handle it in such a funny way that it almost doesn't matter. One of my favorite anime/manga EVER.

The anime went through one season and for all intents and purposes is over but the manga is still being published in LaLa.

The story centers around Haruhi Fujioka, who is a scholarship student at the super elite Ouran Academy where "lineage comes first, money a close second." She cant afford the school uniform, which runs at $3000, because she lives alone with her father, who is an okama, cross-dresser, who works at a club. Her mother, who was a lawyer, died when she was a child.

While trying to find a place at school to study she comes across the Host Club, where six very good looking boys of various grades entertain the female students who designate them. Because she wears oversized shirts and pants most of her classmates assumed that she was a guy. So while she's trying to escape the Host Club she breaks an $800,000 vase and is forced to work for the club to pay it off.

That's where the hilarity really begins. The first episode is so funny and runs through the Host Club members pretty quickly. They're all the super rich and just perfect, good-looking, rich guys. The president of the club is Tamaki Suoh, the "Prince" type, Vice President: Kyouya Ootori, who is the "Cool" type, they're second years. Mitsukuni Haninozuka, "loli-shota" (young boys) type, and Takashi Morinozuka, "Wild" type, are third years and the youngest members are Hikaru and Kaoru Hitachiin, they're the "naughty" type, they're Haruhi's age.

I dont want to say much more but if you liked Hana-Kimi then you might love this. I highly suggest it. For more info on the show you can go to:

Oh, and if you love to speculate about shippers then you're going to love Ouran because there are a lot of potential ships. (I mean, think about it, 6 boys and 1 girl?)

Okay, so now I'm all up to date on Bleach, which is an anime/manga by Tite Kubo. I love it. It keeps you on your toes and it's so good! You're always on the edge of your seat and the soundtrack really gets your adrenaline pumping. I woudnt give you a summary because I cant really summarize very well but lemme try anyway:

The main character is named Ichigo Kurosaki, he's 15 years old and a first year in high school. He's always been able to see and touch spirits. He's got a semi-normal home life, for an anime anyway. His dad, Isshin, owns his own small clinic and is a total nut-job. It's hard to explain so I wont. Ichigo has two little sisters, Yuzu and Karin, who are four years younger than he is. Karin is a tomboy who has some ability to see ghosts and Yuzu is a very capable girl who took over the household chores after the death of Masaki Kurosaki, their mother.

Ichigo is a tough kid who knows his way around a fight. He's quiet without being rude and you find out that he's pretty smart. While he's helping a spirit pass on he encouters a Shinigami, Death God, who guides spirits to Soul Society, the great beyond.

He also encounters a huge, and wierd looking, monster called a hollow, who was drawn to his town (Karakura) by Ichigo's huge spirit energy, which is what they feed on. While trying to protect his family, the Shinigami was injured and passed her powers to Ichigo, who killed the hollow.

This story arc focuses on how Ichigo deals with these new powers and eventually gets stronger.

I highly reccomend this anime to people who liked YuYu Hakusho but wanted a little more blood and guts. I'm also told that if you like Naruto, which I dont, that you'll like this anime. Personally, I'm more into Shojo like Ouran Kokou Host Club, but I loved it because it's JUST SO COOL!!

The manga is excellent but follows a slightly different line than the anime. There is a filler storyline in the anime that starts around episode 65 that is not in the manga so be careful.
